Home Renovations & Extensions

Thermal Upgrades
Energy efficiency is a key part of our approach. We help clients improve the comfort and performance of their homes through sensitive thermal upgrades, including insulation, window replacements, and fabric-first solutions. We work with grant providers such as Electric Ireland Superhomes to guide our clients in availing of the latest grants, and upgrading homes to modern, energy efficient standards.
Conservation Projects
With accreditation in Grade 3 conservation architecture, we have the expertise to work with protected structures and buildings of historic importance. Our approach balances respect for the historic fabric with contemporary interventions that enhance functionality, performance and longevity.
New Homes
From first sketches to completion, we design new homes that are both beautiful, functional and tailored to the needs of modern life. Our ‘one-off house’ designs respond to site, context and light; and are the result of a collaborative client engagement - bringing their vision to life.

Home Consultations
For clients at the early stages of a project, we offer a once-off consultation to explore ideas, assess your home’s potential, and provide initial advice. These sessions can be online or include an on-site visit with sketch options to help you visualise possibilities before committing to a full design process.
PSDP Services
We are qualified to act as Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) in accordance with Irish health and safety legislation. This role involves coordinating health and safety aspects of the design and ensuring that safety is considered at every stage of the project; from concept through to completion.
